Design a new value proposition and business model to grow an existing category
The department store was keen to leverage the CRM platform to provide personalised services and to grow the Womenswear Category.
We collaborated with the Strategy, Digital and Retail Operations Teams and developed the target audience persona, reviewed competitors landscape and defined a solution that best fit the brand.
We created a low-fidelity prototype of the Personal Styling App for pitching to senior management.
