Launch new digital customer experience to market
We helped the company to identify a younger female segment and created digital offerings to encourage brand engagement and drive footfall into the store.
We lead several ideation and solution sessions with a cross-functional team. We worked with the team to decide on two service offerings - Virtual Makeover for colour cosmetics and Skincare Guided Selling services.
We worked on defining the user journey for these two applications online and in-store and helped the digital team to define the prototype for testing.
