We facilitated a 1.5 day workshop that delivered:
- A luxury "Club House" creative concept
- A set of Design Principles that aligns both teams as well as the operational members working across multiple locations
- A new experience journey map
The final creative pitch deck was so well received by the events marketing team that it was passed up to the CMO and resulted in new conversations.
